Crawler Loaders For Sale in United Kingdom

This means that loaders have to be the right size for the application and is why the ‘gaps’ between one model and the next is often very small, and the range is very wide. At one end of the wheel loader range are the compact machines with payloads measured in hundreds of kilograms while at the other are mountain moving monsters with 36m3 buckets able to load 35 tonnes of rock into a waiting dump truck in a single pass.

At the compact end of the market there are also rigid chassis machines, both skid steer and all-wheel steer, as well as tracked loaders and backhoe loaders. Again it is a case of matching the right machine to the job.

China is by far the world’s biggest wheel loader market and has more manufacturers then the rest of the world put together. Most of these Chinese manufacturers concentrate on the domestic market however some do export including Taian Luneng, XCMG, LiuGong, Shantui and Cheng Gong.

Western manufacturers active in this field include: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai, Hitachi, Doosan, JCB, Bobcat, Wacker Neuson, Ausa, Fiori, Forway, Yanmar, Terex, LeTourneau, Paus, Gehl and Macmotor.
